Your tasks

• Processing of inquiries and reservations with the hotel management program Protel
• Reception and check-in and check-out of guests
• Advice and support for guests during their stay
• Management of the reception cash desk and accounting
• Coordination and cooperation with other departments (housekeeping, restaurant, etc.)

Your profile

• Completed training in the hotel industry or comparable qualification is an advantage
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays and evenings
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with people
