Your tasks
- Processing of inquiries and reservations with the hotel management program Protel
- Reception and check-in and check-out of guests
- Advice and support for guests during their stay
- Management of the reception cash desk and accounting
- Coordination and cooperation with other departments (housekeeping, restaurant, etc.)
Your profile
- Completed training in the hotel industry or comparable qualification is an advantage
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays and evenings
