Conference in the Black Forest
Our conference center offers conference packages for every group size and practically every conference format.
The Feldberg, Belchen and Kandel rooms can be combined with each other (up to max. 250 m²). For larger events and banquets, we can offer an event room of 400 m² by combining the Feldberg, Belchen, Kandel and Pausenfoyer rooms. All rooms are quiet, bright and friendly, have direct daylight, free Wi-Fi and can be darkened on request.

Included services:
- Conference room with standard conference technology
- Conference drinks – various non-alcoholic soft drinks
- 1 snack break in the morning with pastries, yogurt and fruit
- Lunch (starting by 12.15 p.m. at the latest) – hot choice menu
- 1 snack break at lunchtime with sheet cake and fruit

Economy” conference package
Included services:
- Conference room with standard conference technology
- Conference drinks – various non-alcoholic soft drinks
- 1 snack break in the morning with pastries, yogurt and fruit
- Lunch buffet with soup, salad buffet, cheese, sausage, bread and butter, fresh fruit and cake (can start until 2 p.m.)
- 1 snack break at lunchtime with sheet cake and fruit

Room hire is included in the “business” and “economy” conference packages. The following equipment is also available:
up to 20 participants:
- 1 projector with screen
- 2 flipcharts with pens and 1 pad of 20 sheets each
- 2 pin boards with paper covering
- Moderation case
- with free availability: 1 group study room
for every additional 10 participants:
- 1 additional flipchart with pens and 1 pad of 20 sheets each
- 1 more canvas
- 1 additional pinboard with paper covering
- If available: 1 additional group study room

The accommodation package can only be booked in conjunction with a conference package. Services from the packages not used by individual conference participants cannot be reimbursed.
We charge for the following aids:
- additional screen per day 10,00 €
- additional pinboard per day 10,00 €
- Additional flipchart per day € 10.00
- additional flipchart pad 8,50 €
per pad of 20 sheets
according to availability. Order at least
7 working days before the start of the conference.
We will be happy to assist you in procuring additional conference equipment not listed.
