CONFERENCES & EVENTS
Our conference centre provides facilities to suit any size of group and practically every format of conference.
The Feldberg, Belchen and Kandel rooms can be combined with one another (up to a total of 250 m²). For larger events and banquets we can combine the Feldberg, Belchen and Kandel rooms with the foyer to create an events space of 400 m². All the rooms are quiet, bright and cheerful, they have direct daylight, free wi-fi, and can be blacked out if required.

Price per person 68,00 Euros
As part of the “Business” conference package, you can make use of the following facilities:
Subject to availability: must be booked at least 7 working days before the conference starts.
Up to 20 participants:
- 2 flipchart with markers and 1 20-sheet pad
- 2 pinboards with paper
- 1 projection screen
- Subject to availability, 1 room for group work
For every 10 further participants:
- 1 additional flipchart with markers and 1 20-sheet pad
- 1 additional pinboard with paper
- Subject to availability, 1 additional room for group work

The overnight accommodation packages can only be booked in combination with a conference package. We cannot make any refund in relation to parts of the package not used by individual conference participants.
Our charges for the following resources are:
- Beamer per day 25.00 Euros
- Additional projector screen per day 10.00 Euros
- Additional pinboard per day 10.00 Euros
- Additional flipchart per day 10.00 Euros
- Additional pad for flipchart 8.50 Euros per 20-sheet pad
