What do hotel specialists do?
Hotel specialists are true all-rounders. They look after guests before, during and after their stay. You will serve hotel guests at reception from check-in to check-out, manage the hotel cash register and coordinate the various guest requests with other areas such as service and kitchen. Hotel specialists also work in sales, prepare offers and advise potential guests by telephone and e-mail.
