Cancellation conditions
for individual reservations of 1 – 4 rooms
Up to 8 days before arrival free of charge, thereafter or in case of earlier departure 80% of the agreed travel price.
Cancellation fees only apply if the rooms cannot be sold elsewhere.
for contingent or individual reservations of 5 rooms or more
Cancellation of individual rooms (up to 10% of the booked contingent) is possible free of charge up to 8 days before arrival.
If the entire contingent is canceled, the following cancellation fees apply:
28 to 22 days before arrival – 25 % of the accommodation, board or conference price
21 to 9 days before arrival – 50 % of the accommodation, pension or conference price
8 days before arrival until the day of arrival – 80 % of the accommodation, pension or conference price
In order to avoid unnecessary cancellation fees, we kindly ask you to inform us in good time of any reduction in the contingent so that we have the opportunity to sell any rooms that are not required elsewhere.
Cancellation fees only apply if the contingent / rooms cannot be sold elsewhere.
Arrival and departure
Your room is guaranteed to be ready for occupancy from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Our wellness area is at your disposal from the moment you check into your room. You are welcome to arrive earlier and take part in our “Power from the farmer” lunch buffet if you have booked a package.
We ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 am on the day of departure. You are welcome to use our wellness area until 15:00 and enjoy our “Power from the farmer” lunch buffet before you leave.
Parking lot and garage
Our hotel has free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. The parking spaces are directly opposite the hotel. Further parking spaces are located directly to the right of the hotel and one driveway further to the right of the hotel.
You are welcome to rent a garage parking space for € 8.00 per night (garage parking spaces subject to availability).
Room requests
We ask for your understanding that we can only accept requests for a specific room from a length of stay of
7 overnight stays. However, we are happy to try to accommodate room requests even for shorter stays.
Unused services from the flat rates cannot be reimbursed. All packages can also be combined with each other.
Reduction for children
Family room with 2 full-paying guests:
for the 3rd person in a separate room / regular bed
Children 3 to 6 years 50% discount
Children 7 to 11 years 35% discount
Children 12 to 16 years 20% discount
Young people from 17 years / adults no reduction
Double room with extra bed for 2 full-paying guests:
for the 3rd person in the same room in an extra bed
Children 3 to 6 years 60% discount
Children 7 to 11 years 45% discount
Children 12 to 16 years 30% discount
Young people from 17 years / adults 15% discount
Baby crib (105 cm x 60 cm) € 7.50 fixed price
Dog logis
Dog accommodation per night 12,50 € (without food).
Please note that dogs are not permitted in the restaurant, bar and wellness area or in certain rooms.
Tourist tax
z. currently per day/person € 1.30
z. currently per day/child 6-16 years € 1.00

All rooms are non-smoking.
You have free Internet access via WLAN throughout the house. An internet terminal is also available.
Reservation conditions
- These reservation conditions are an integral part of the contract.
- The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room has been booked and confirmed. The place of jurisdiction is Bonndorf.
- Out of consideration for other guests, pets are only allowed on request and only in rooms in the main building.
- Please take note of our cancellation policy. All packages are subject to the local tourist tax, currently €1.30 p.p./night.
